Valentines Day - celebrating the love.

I always like to celebrate Valentines Day with a card for each of the boys and Simon. Throw in some chocolates too and everyone is happy!

I loved the pink roses Simon gave me and the boys gave me a bunch of tiger lilies and the sweetest card.

It's nice to show the ones we love that we care.

Roses from my neighbour :)

Here are some gorgeous roses that were given to me by my neighbour yesterday.

There is a bit of a story behind them of course.  I was down at the shops when I received a call on my mobile from my neighbour saying there had been a bit of an accident at home. Eeeek!!

The worst thoughts ran through my head, fire, the dog ran out on the road, robbery? Who knew?!

When they said they had broken one of our windows, it was just like "Is that all?" phew!

Our neighbour was throwing a huge dog bone to her dog from her balcony. Lets just say her aim was off and instead of going straight it went a bit wonky and smashed straight through our window!!

Anyway it was all paid for and fixed within the same afternoon. Our neighbours are fairly new, so talk about breaking the ice! They seem really lovely and we are organising a dinner soon to get to know each other.
