The stockings were hung by the chimney with care........

Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
In hopes that St Nicholas soon would be there.

The children were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of sugar-plums danced in their heads.

So the babes are in bed sleeping, waiting for Santa.
I think it was the easiest bed time ever!

We had a late night last night as we went into the city to see the Christmas Lights at St Mary's Cathedral. They were absolutely beautiful! There was something about the gorgeous architecture of the building and the combination of the lights.

Here are some photos from tonight.

Don't you just love the magic of Christmas Eve?

  1. Beautiful images Simone. Hope you had a wonderful day with all your lovely boys. I tell you, Christmas IS a magic time, but I'm always slightly relieved when it is over, haha. I'm totally exhausted this evening.

  2. I know Julie, it is tiring! So happy Christmas was at the inlaws this year! Hope you have a gorgeous christmas with your boys xx

Thanks for leaving a comment :) You just made my day xx
