Finn is 21!

 Finn turned 21 this week! 

We had balloons, a banner, lunch at Mr Wong and a lunch & dinner with his friends this weekend. He is having a birthday week!

Holidays - June 2023

 We had a quick trip to Queensland to visit family and soak up some sun. It was lovely to feel warm for a while!  Then it was home for the remainder of the holidays.

We did Top Golf, putt putt golf, lunches out, bowling, Australian Outback Spectacular , lots of puzzles, lego, walks and catch up with friends.

Lockdown update

 Hello! We are still in lockdown, now going into week 6. 

Life has settled into a routine of school work, a walk/exercise and a few jobs around the house. 

We are losing track of time and days but even though our commitments outside the house have slowed, our days are very full and the usual household jobs are keeping me busy. Especially with everyone home all of the time. 

Simon and I are also chipping away at the jobs we can do for the renovation that we don't need tradies for. 

Simon had a birthday, cards and cake were the order of the day plus a gift voucher for a surf trip when this all ends! We also have Finn's birthday coming up.

Easter 2021

 A visual diary of Easter morning...

Matching pj's, an Easter egg hunt and chocolate for breakfast.

Noah turns 9!

 There was a birthday in the house yesterday, Noah turned 9!

We celebrated on the weekend with his friends from school with a bowling and laser tag party and a soccer themed cake.

Then we had presents and a family birthday dinner last night with a chocolate sundae in lieu of a cake. Noah loves tacos and as his birthday fell on a Tuesday it was perfect for a Taco Tuesday/ Birthday Fiesta theme. I picked up the party decorations from Big W and decorated the table with a few bits n pieces from around the house.

The years are flying by and I can't believe the baby of the family is 9 and getting so grown up!
