Sunday - Whose job is it?

We all have our jobs around here. I love that on a Sunday morning it is just "known" that Simon will be the one to go out and get the papers and a coffee while I wait at home. Also taking the rubbish out is his domain too.

My jobs around the house are far too numerous to mention ;)
I was just wondering if everyone has those jobs that have never been spoken about but are just known?

  2. Hi Simone, my husband and I kind of work in sync with the daily chores no set pattern just taking up where the other leaves off. I tend to do all the 'invisable to males' kind of cleaning and HE does the toilets and showers;) Love it when no words have to be spoken!

  3. Sounds like a lovely way to start sundays.
My hubby does the lawns & I do everything else & I think he likes it to not be spoken about, LOL, otherwise he might have to do something else!!!
    Have a great week!

  4. Sunday morn hubby always pops the kids in the car and they head down to our favourite place to grab take away coffee. He's also a mean cook so definately has his time in the kitchen over the week. Everything else, the seen and unseen cleaning up round the house, is me.. all in all it balances out quite nicely. xx

  6. Hi Simone,

My husband has a couple of jobs that are his alone. He baths the kids when he gets home from work as a way to chat about their day and to give me five minute peace and quiet. He also takes out the rubbish every night and mows the lawns when needed. Everything else I do or spontaneously delegate :)
