Nutella and Banana Muffins

I made these muffins the other day as we had a few over ripe bananas to use up. I added some Nutella as everything tastes better with a dollop of Nutella.


I used the banana muffin recipe from here
Ingredients
serves 12
220g plain flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon bicarb soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 large ripe bananas mashed
155g caster sugar
1 egg
75g butter, melted
Nutella (as little or as much as you like!)

Directions
Preparation - 10min, Cook - 25min, Ready in 35 min
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees c.
2. Grease your muffin tin.
3.Sift together the flour, baking powder,bicarb soda and salt, set aside.
4.Combine mashed bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter in a large bowl. Fold in flour mixture and mix until smooth.
5. Spoon evenly into baking cases in muffin tin.
6.Spoon a little Nutella in each baking case and swirl around til lightly mixed.
7.Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until muffins spring back when lightly tapped.
