Fitness....

Soooo, I'm a little behind on my New Years Resolutions. They just haven't kicked in yet! I think it's because the kids are still on school holidays and the days don't have much routine to them as we are just going with the flow at the moment.

I came across this set of exercises broken down into different days. It seems pretty easy and achievable when you see it written out like that.

Don't worry though, I'm not cruising the "thinspo" sites, I think I came across this on Pinterest :)

Do you mix up your exercise each day or do you stick to the one thing that works for you?

  3. I'm actually doing ok! This is definitely NOT my normal. About two weeks before Christmas I downloaded the couch to 5K app for my phone after being inspired by some girls that I work with. I have been running about 3-4 times a week and LoVing it. I am NOT a runner. At. All. In fact I couldn't run to the corner without a stitch before I started this. But I feel great. Still eating everything in sight and the scales don't seem to show a loss but I feel way better and can see my shape changing. With three kids I have always used the excuse of being time poor, but I am managing to fit this in .
I'm sure once school goes back you will find your groove. You look great! X

    1. Good on you Peta, so great that you have kept it running. You look great, those runner's legs!
I used to run, did it for about a year and hated every bit of it :) I never achieved that running high, I think that's why I can't muster the motivation to try it again! Yes, I'm sure I will get my groove back once school starts, the holidays always throw me off xx
